We use the visualizer a lot to create nice tables with links to files that have been uploaded, the default File upload will show the document name (see screen shot), which can sometimes be crazy and long, there is an option to name the file, and I was hoping that would just change the name in the visualizer and not actually rename the file in the site assets but it does, and then it numbers them filename1.pdf, filename2.pdf, filename3.pdf, etc. which seems worse. Attached screen shot showing that also. 

We did find a little minor work around using some JS to display the file upload as we wanted, but the issue is the JS only loads on page refresh, and if there are multiple pages in our table when you click to page 2, the JS does not reload so we see the file names again. 

Seems like using the same functionality to change the file name could be used to just define a label for the upload that could be the same for every record. Ideally we would also be looking to use an icon/image here like If it were a table of contact info and we wanted to use a envelope icon for a link to an email address etc.
