Form fields are not enough, each category should get own forms fields, this is important to have enough details in the ticket (basically ticket forms to specific the ticket further).
For example Category Support ticket
Category Special order

and the categories and forms should trigger rules, for example if the category is special order give the ticket to Mr. X
If technical problem with login is given in forms give the ticket to Mr. Y
Live Forms is integrated with Live Helpdesk. Use Live Forms to create forms as required by your business needs. We will not include the ability to create custom fields in Live Helpdesk as no matter how many features we offer, it will always fail in comparison to Live Forms.
