Currently the leaderboard does not have a way to remove users from the board. Admin users who may need to post information to the forum / exchange would usually receive more points and then would be on the top of the leader board. This could lead to users not feeling they will ever be on top with gamification. 

Currently the leaderboard default to showing all time but the "this month" tab is selected.
