I believe this can go in a few directions to create a "Member Rating"

• Comments that get liked (or Helpful, Informative... choices members can pick from... Icons to represent them with a tooltip for what each means customizable to allow admins to create them as well as a set of default icons to choose)
• Comments that get disliked (or unhelpful, irrelevant, ...)
• Answers that get accepted add admin set amount of points
• Making a post or comment  add admin set amount of points

This stuff would be great for the gamification side of things.

But I guess I am thinking a way to rate a member like you can rate a product as well. 

If I click on a members profile, if I want to say a good thing or bad thing about a member I would want this done in the most tasteful way.  However is a member is being disruptive or un liked for any reason it would be nice to know.  Maybe you can post a review with it, maybe not I think an admin option to turn this on and off would be good.

Then while looking at a users profile you can see how helpful they are and if anyone leaves a review about the member it can be read, and that comment as well can be voted up or down on if it was accurate and you agree or found it helpful.

A little vague here as it can be done a few ways, options to configure how to allow the reviews of a member should be moderated.

Ways to flag any content that other members find unnappropriate and what to do if 1 or X number of users flag a post or comment.

So one scenario:
 

1. A member1 posts a question
2. member2 posts an answer to Member1's question.
3. Member1 asks even more questions
4. Member2 answers them all...
5. Member1 wants to spend a little time to give a nice review for Member2 that rates the member itself.
6. Member1 clicks on the users profile information page and where the gamifation points and info is there is also an option to Add A Member Review.
7. Member1 Clicks on "Add Member Review" and posts up stars on whatever categories the admin set to allow a member to rate another member such as Friendly, Knowledgable, Helpful, Giving... and so on whatever you want the other member to put stars on.
8. If admin has option set to also allow comments with the rating the user can post a comment to support why they gave the different category stars
9. Other memberscan read reviews and what star rats such as Freindly X-Stars Helpful X-Stars and so on.  Maybe the user can choose what they want to give them a rating for.

Gaining these reviews can also help with adding to gamification points in the categories members can earn points in.

Can you please help me understand this further. Are you simply suggesting that we include the option to vote on the comments as well in Live Exchange and Forums?
