View Name on Ticket List and View IP on Ticket Details

In the Ticket list/dashboard, it would be nice to view the name of the person that submitted the ticket. Currently, there is a default avatar but a name under it would be great or even another column with the name.

In our network, all social media is blocked so the reference to the gravatar is blocked and it shows a broken image icon to our users, it would be nice to have a default avatar that is stored on the local module files.

On the ticket details, it would be nice to see the IP address from where the ticket was submitted, this is especially helpful in internal networks so helpdesk nows what computer is having the issue.

  1. Currently if you hover over the avatar it shows the name of the person. We plan to improve this further by showing a avatar of the user and the agent associated with name on hover for both. 
  2. Perhaps we can introduce an option to "Use Gravatar" or not in the administration > settings
  3. Agreed. We can log the IP Address. The next version will also be extensible so you can show other relevant information from your custom business logic.
