Creating your forms from scratch couldn’t be easier. Start at Manage > Design
Step 1: Drag Fields
Simply drag the field(s) from the left to the design area.
Dropping the field control on the design area will save the form automatically.
The buttons on the top right allows you to share form, view its form options and styling properties.
All fields are grouped in 3 sections:
Basic Fields - Includes basic building blocks for simple to most complex forms.
Common Fields - Includes pre-defined fields such as Email, Number, and Phone with built-in validation, datetime picker, and Captcha for anti-spam protection.
Survey Fields - Includes Matrix, Scale Rating, and Star Rating to create awesome surveys and Page Break for multi-page forms.
You can always re-arrange the fields within a form by dragging them up and down.
Step 2: Update Labels & Properties
You can edit the field labels inline by simply clicking on them. Click on any field and it's properties appear in a toolbar above. Customize your fields as required.
Step 3: Setup a Notification Email & customized Thank You message
By default, all form submissions are automatically saved in the database and can be viewed in Submissions
A default thank you message also appears if you do not specify one. It’s easy to show a customized thank you message by clicking on Options > Thank You
It’s probably a good time to also setup Auto-Responder & Notifications
