Tracking & Rollback

Automatic version tracking keeps a backup of your Live Articles changes and allows you to quickly rollback to a previous version.

Step 1

Manage > Articles > Edit Articles > Version Tracking

Categories

Shows the most recent available versions. Allows you to preview any of the available version by clicking on the preview icon.

Click on the rollback icon to rollback to any of the previous version. A new version is automatically created by copying the content from the rollback version.

Step 2

By default, Live Tab keeps up to 5 previous versions for history. You can always change this from Options > Workflow
