Be sure to start an automation workflow from either the Automation Tab or when adding or editing a workflow.
Remember a stopped workflow is same as paused workflow. No future emails will be delivered. If you start the workflow again in future, it will resume from that time forward. There will be no catch up for emails that were missed while the workflow was stopped.
