It’s easy to create and send a new email campaign. Make sure you’ve completed the steps outlined in Quick Start
Step 1:
Navigate to Live Campaign module > Campaigns > Create a New Campaign
Step 2:
Specify Campaign Name, Subject and from fields
Campaign Name
Give your campaign an easily identifiable name. The name you choose will appear when you view the reports for this campaign.
Subject
appears in the Subject field in your recipient's email client
From
It appears in the From field of your recipients email client when they receive this campaign.
Note: You can provide a different Reply to email address other than the From address. Please make sure that both email addresses are the same one as configured in Bounce Management if you’re using that feature.
