Define Content

It provides HTML body for the content of email campaign.

Define Content1

It’s easy to author content using the HTML Editor. It’s just as easy to include an attachment by simply selecting an existing file on your site.

Provide the HTML Body content for this email campaign. List Tokens, DNN Tokens, and SQL Tokens are available as appropriate. Common tokens can be inserted using the personalization drop down above HTML Editor.

Tokens Fallback

Fallback option can be used with [Firstname] and [Lastname] tokens in following manner:

[Lastname, fallback=Customer]

If a Lastname is available in the list then it will be used, otherwise the token will be replaced with static content “Customer”

Other Tokens

[Unsubscribe_Link]

We strongly recommend to use this token in your email content. It generates the unsubscribe link which the user can follow to opt out or unsubscribe from future emails.

Note: Make sure MakeUrlsAbsolute is unchecked to avoid absolute URL in unsubscribe link

[Webversion_Link]

Generates a web version link which the user can follow to view the email content in a browser instead of the email client.

Aggregate Content

Aggregate content from multiple sources using SQL Queries to generate a single newsletter. For example, show the upcoming events, latest blog posts, and company news; all aggregated from different sources including separate modules or even legacy SQL database.
