Default Settings

By default, these settings will be pre-populated for all new email campaigns.

Navigate to Live Campaign module > Administration > Preferences

Important

If Bounce Management is enabled, make sure to use the same email address configured in bounce management for both from address and reply to address.

Note: Scheduled & Recurring campaigns adhere to the Time Zone specified in Default Settings. For Example, if you have UTC-08:00 Pacific Time selected and a campaign is scheduled to be delivered at 8 AM then it will be sent at 8 AM Pacific Time.
