Please make sure that Email field must be on the form and it must be required.
Auto-Responder – Sends a confirmation email notifying the user that your form submission has been received.
Notification – Sends an email notification to an admin or other stakeholder indicating that a new form has been submitted.
There can be multiple email alerts so be sure to name each one. By default, the email body is auto generated with the form fields and its values. Feel free to modify this as appropriate.
You can always send notifications based on user input using the Form Submission Action Send Email
