Live Forms is not sending emails anymore

DNN 7.4.2
Live Forms 5.9.7
Mandeeps Common Library 4.0.2
Windows Server 2022

DNN is sending emails just fine through other modules and the core features. This was working for years, but recently stopped. When I check the status of a submission in Live Forms, it say that sending the email was successful. 

I realize that these are old versions but it is not an option to upgrade DNN and Live Forms at this time as this is a complex webstie.

Does anyone have any ideas of what I can check to troubleshoot this?

    Make sure Mandeeps Common Library scheduler is running. 

    Persona  Bar > Settings > Scheduler >  Scheduler (Tab)

    We only support latest version of our products.

    We highly recommend that you upgrade to the latest version and see if that resolves the issue. We'll be happy to assist if the issue persists in the latest version.
