Live Knowledgebase Deletions

Should we be able to delete Live Knowledgebase documents, folders, and categories? I see the red "x' button, but it does not seem to do anything. Thank you.

    You cannot delete folders and category if they contain any article.

    So first, You have to delete articles then its delete its folder then delete category.
