Video Processing Continuously

We're using the Live Content Module to display a library of videos. Recently, every video we try to create a link to just shows it's in a state of "Processing" continuously and never becomes available for our users to view.

    Make sure you are using Live Content latest version and Live Content Encode Video scheduler (Persona Bar > Settings > Scheduler) is running on your site.

    After verifying we're on the most current version of Live Content and making sure the Live Content Encode Video scheduler is running, we're still experiencing this issue.

    Yes, we're on the most current version of Live Content and Live Content Encode Video scheduler is running every 1 minute.
