I am running a trial version of Live Forms DNN version 9.1.1 would like to replace existing forms module with Live Forms. cannot setup autoresponder the To Email field does not see required email to populate. There are two required email on form. Documentation does not seem complete or up to date.
It could be a potential bug or configuration hiccup. Have you checked for any updates or patches for the Live Forms version you're using? Additionally, reaching out to the Live Forms support team
You must have an Email field in your form which will appear in To Email dropdown.
I do have 2 email fields in the form, one for the owner and one for the business. i'll try again
I will also try using one of the sample forms you provide.
Thank you.
I am able to send and receive emails from Actions on Status Change but I cannot send email alerts. Email does appear on the drop down and I can select it.
I doo get this error on the error logs not sure why one type of email can go through and another type cannot. Please advise. Thank you. By the way, This form module is a very nice module to work with.
Message:User not local; please try a different path. The server response was: Sender address is not valid for your login. Check your email program settings.

It seems like you are using Textbox field for Email. Can you please add a new Email field from Common Fields section and see if it appears in the dropdown.
I realized that a day ago, I am using the email field from the Common Fields menu. As I mentioned above and both Notifications and Autoresponders generate the error message above. However, email works when I use Status Change from the Actions menu.
The error is related to your SMTP settings not related to Live Forms. See https://www.dnnsoftware.com/answers/site-smtp-server-setting
The errors you are getting are SMTP errors from your mailserver. It wants an authenticated connection to sent certain mails. Make sure your host smtp settings are using valid authentication credentials and that test mail sending works correctly.
