Issues adding Mandeeps module to Porto pages

We recently upgraded from DNN v7 to the latest version and are using the current Porto theme. We have not applied Porto to the site globally, but are applying Porto page by page. So we still have many legacy pages with an old skin. We've found some workarounds to add modules, but would appreciate any advice on how to troubleshoot this issue.

A few points on what happens:

  • When adding a Live HTML (or other Mandeeps) module to a page, the hover object appears, but there is no plus sign and no ability to drag the module to a pane.
  • If you first add the module to a page that previously had a Live HTML module, and then use module settings to move that module to a new page, it works OK.
  • The default DNN HTML module is not being added to new Porto pages. If you add it yourself to a new Porto page, and then try to add a Live HTML module, the behavior is different; the module itself hovers (not the thumbnail) over the page but you cannot drag it to a pane.
  • Sometimes a Mandeeps module appears to be added successfully, but when you open the page in edit mode, it is gone.

Appreciate any thoughts you have on this. Thank you.

The link said I'm not authorized. Do you mean a purchased support ticket? If so, is this the $59 support ticket or the $199 incident ticket?

John,
make sure you're logged in with the username that was used to purchase the license. You'll be able to create a ticket if your support has not expired (90 days standard / 1 year enterprise). If your support is expired then you may purchase a single Time Slot ($59).
