We recently upgraded from DNN v7 to the latest version and are using the current Porto theme. We have not applied Porto to the site globally, but are applying Porto page by page. So we still have many legacy pages with an old skin. We've found some workarounds to add modules, but would appreciate any advice on how to troubleshoot this issue.

John, make sure you're logged in with the username that was used to purchase the license. You'll be able to create a ticket if your support has not expired (90 days standard / 1 year enterprise). If your support is expired then you may purchase a single Time Slot ($59).
