Hi,

An authenticated user (non-administrator or SuperUser) on my DNN 9.9.0 site cannot upload images in Live Blog or Live Articles. When they attempt to upload, the image appears to upload (they see the upload progress bar), but then it fails in the process and does not upload the image. The permissions for non-administrator authenticated roles to upload (both file size and file types) are set correctly in the CKeditor, as well as in Live Blog and Live Articles. 

Note: If they are added to the Administrators or the SuperUser role, they can upload file within Live Blog and Live Articles. Any other role breaks the upload image function in Live Blog and Live Articles.

My version of CKeditor is WatchersNET CKEditor™ Provider 2.1.12
