Live Helpdesk: Agent Not Being Added

Is there a restriction on the number of agents that can be added to Live Helpdesk? We have ten and can't seem to add any more. They are in the correct role, but will not show in the Live Helpdesk agents dropdown list. Any other reason why this could happen?

Edit: I was able to resolve this by renaming the agent role.
