Email Channel Log

A grid/log of every email that was processed via email channel and not used to either create a new ticket or update an existing one. This would be emails such as bounced messages, auto replies, marked as blocked emails and so forth. This would provide total visibility to supervisors and admins. 

Supervisors and admins would have the ability to process the email manually with action buttons such as "Create New Ticket" or "Update Ticket" or "Unblock Email Address"
