Live Campaign: Create abilty to include text version of html body content

With bulk emails it is becoming standard to send an email in html but also include a text version in the email for better deliverability. Sending it as a multi-part message in MIME format, with 'Content-Type: text/html' and then also 'Content-Type: text/plain'.
