I've been designing a form which has the need for several html blocks and Headings. Some of these Blocks/Headings need to be hidden depending on the option selected either by radio button, checkbox or picklist. I am not currently using the HTML editor block, just the display HTML item and Headers. I suspect all non-token items behave similarly.
We have the ability to "tokenize" most of the fields aside from these types, non-token items like headers, HTML etc only allow us to set Class. Can you consider adding Token or some other callout that we can identify in the action menus? For example, Actions -> Show/Hide a form field Hide: Please select: {token1] {token2] {token3] Heading Heading Heading HTML HTML HTML
With respect to the tokens.. no problem, each is unique and we can read what it is, the other items.. Well my desk looks like a sunflower with all of the postit notes reminding me what item is in the list and where it's positioned to help me "guesstimate" a more accurately on the non-tokenized items. Not all of the HTML items flow down the page, in some areas they are 3 wide - so loosing track of where they are happens rather quickly.
Thanks for your consideration
So if I understand this correctly, you need the ability to hide/show Headings and/or HTML Field. Correct?
