On an iPhone using VoiceOver, when navigating a website, specifically the mobile menu, it's not possible to activate a submenu. To meet ADA requirements, I would like to recommend that submenus be accessible for screen readers (VoiceOver, Android, etc.) on mobile devices (iOS, Android, etc.). 

This behavior works on desktop screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, etc.) but not on mobile devices.
