Simplified Administration - Live Gallery is not only quick to setup, it's even easier to manage. Supports Drag and Drop sorting for images and albums, Quick Caption Editing, Instantaneous Image Deletion, and all this without a single page refresh or postback. When deleting albums with hundreds of images and other nested albums, it prompts you to optionally move the content to another album.

Upload Images - Use our AJAX based interface to upload one or multiple files. It queues multiple files and shows real time upload progress. Optionally, Auto Resize images during upload for web standards while maintaining original aspect ratio and transparency. Live Gallery also supports extraction of metadata from the images itself.

Browse Existing Images - Our custom interface allows you to quickly select and add images from your existing file structure. Visually see the images you would like to add and forget about guessing the correct filenames. Supports all DotNetNuke directory types, including Secured and Database. Saving your files in Secured database prevents unauthenticated access to full size images (thumbnails will still be visible). Of course, you can also elect to store your images in database rather than DNN File System.

Amazon S3 Integration - Quickly create a gallery from images stored in your amazon s3 bucket. Setting up is fairly quick and easy and requires only few minutes.

Slideshow, Paging, & Sorting - Supports slideshow mode with customizable duration between slides and option to repeat (loop). Built in paging automatically creates pagination links when there are more images than specified page size. Besides drag and drop sorting, Live Gallery also supports sorting based on image metadata such as its creation date, filename, caption, and so forth.

Album Management - Create unlimited hierarchial albums and each album can have unlimited images.

Album Cover Image - Show either the first, last, or random image from an album as the album's cover image. You can also select a specific image of an album or upload a completely new image as album's cover image.

Dynamic Image Resizing & Automatic Thumbnails - Dynamically creates thumbnails and resize images based on admin defined width and height. Resized images can maintain original aspect ratio or strictly adhere to admin defined width and height. This allows an admin to create Square Thumbnails by Cropping or Padding the image. Admin can also specify the padding color. Images generated are cached for optimal performance. An admin can add text watermark to thumbnails and images as well.

Templates - Album template allows you to customize the look and feel of the albums completely. Use caption template to add copyright notices or other metadata of images within the caption using tokens.

Customizable - Presentation is completely driven by CSS so it can be quickly changed to adapt to existing color scheme or layout. Other customizable options are Keyboard Navigation Keys, Overlay Background Color, Navigation Images, and Animation Speed.

RSS Feeds - Optionally enable RSS Feeds for each album.

Optimized For Performance - Designed for performance. Live Gallery actively caches Module Data, Thumbnails, and RSS Feeds. Cache is automatically updated whenever a change is detected within underlying data.
