Bug(DNN v7.2.1): Folder Provider "Add new type" button is missing. When Login as Admin there would be no action button for "Manage Folder Types"

Workaround: Type the URL for add a new type in the browser's address bar.
The 'add new type' url loos like this:
http://[MY_WEB_SITE_URL]/Admin/File-Management/ctl/EditFolderMapping/mid/XXX

• XXX is the DNN File Manager module's ID.
  You can find XXX valuefrom the module's properties url (hovering on the link that will bring you there)

Alternatively, a URL like this should work too:
http://[MY_WEB_SITE_URL]/Admin/FileManager/tabid/YY/ctl/EditFolderMapping/mid/XXX/Default.aspx

• YY is the page id (tab id) where the DNN File Manager is
