You can easily synchronize youtube with Live Content by keywords on ordering as relevance, published, view count,rating.
Step 1
Navigate to Manage -> Media Settings -> Video
Select "Searching" from synchronization list. and after that you will see above option for videos. Select any of them

Synchronization : You can sort videos by the following options
- Relevance : Videos are ordered by their relevance to a search query.
- Published : Videos are based on published date.
- View Count : Videos are ordered from most views to least views..
- Rating : Videos are ordered from highest ratings to lowest.
- All : There are all types of Videos in it.
Max Videos : It specifies the maximum number of videos that should be included in the result set.
Safe Search : It indicates whether the search results should include restricted content as well as standard content. .
Safe Search (Default: None)
- None : Videos are ordered by their relevance to a search query.
- Moderate : Videos are based on published date.
- Strict : Videos are ordered from most views to least views..
Post to Journal : Enable this to post synchronized youtube videos to DNN journal.
Step 2
After that click on Add Youtube Info button
