Just specify the URL of the resource you'd like to show in iFrame and give the tile a name.
Step 1
Click on Add Tile > select Type as RSS Feed and Specify Name and URL
Remember: Not all sites / resources can be shown inside an iFrame. If the page automatically detects or the resource does not appear in the tile then it's likely that the resource has restricted iFrame usage.
