An administrator can pre-configure tiles and restrict access to specific security roles. This allows the end user to quickly drag and drop available tiles to their dashboard. For example, you could have certain reports pre-configured for the Sales Department.
Step 1
Navigate to Manage > Add Tile > Basic
Step 2
Admin creates a new tile, specifies a thumbnail image, and its permissions (Roles that can drag and drop this tile).
Pre-configured tiles appear above the dashboard of end users so they can quickly drag-and-drop and re-arrange.
