Step 1:

Navigate to Manage > Options > Actions > On Form Submission > Add Action > HTTP > HTTP Post

Note: Token Prefix field returns the response of posted URL. It should use it like [TokenPrefix:response] 

For Ex: You specify test in Token Prefix field then it should use like [test:response]
