To configure Elavon Converge Hosted:

1. Install & Activate Elavon Converge Hosted extension.
2. After installation click on Live Forms > Manage > Options > Actions > On Form Submission (tab) > Payments > Elavon Converge Hosted
3. To integrate with your Elavon Converge Hosted Account, you will need your Merchant ID, User ID and PIN
4. Whitelist the IP Address and Add domain name to HTTP Referrers
5. Map Amount or any other field with your Live Forms field
6. After submitting your payment you can check the status of your payment in Submission tab

Create Converge Account

Merchant ID
It is your Converge Account ID

User ID & PIN
1. Navigate to Employees
2. Create a new employee (ex. User ID: webapiuser)
3. Add the appropriate User Rights to the new user (Administrator rights is sufficient)
4. After creating the new user there will be an automatic PIN generated
5. Click the Show PIN button to get that text

Register User as an API User
1. Navigate to Settings > Online Security Whitelist Manager
2. View the instructions under the Registered API Users section
This usually requires calling into Converge support at the number listed and having them add your Employee user (ex. webapiuser) as a registered API user.

Whitelist the IP Address and the domain of the website that is hosting the payment form
This usually requires calling into Converge support at the number listed and having them whitelist the IP Address and domain.

IP Address
Navigate to Settings > Online Security Whitelist Manager. View the instructions under Valid IP Addresses, you will need your IP address listed there.

Domain
Navigate to Settings > System Setup. You will need to have Converge add the domain name (ex. https://yourcompany.com) to the HTTP Options section. Leave the 'Use HTTP Referrers' box unchecked. The domain name must be SSL secured.

Optionally
You can customize the text, colors and add your logo to the popup lightbox by going to Settings in your Converge account and click on Hosted Payments and then Setup next to Payment Modal.
