The personalization dropdown appears throughout the designer which allows you to include Live Forms data and customize.
URL Query Parameters
Many fields allow you to specify a default value. You can easily use a URL Token to map a value from the URL to the field.
Example: www.yoursite.com/live-forms.aspx?StoreID=1324
You could have a textbox field in the forms that automatically maps to the StoreID in the URL by simply using a token such as [Url:storeid] as the default value.
