Each Live Knowledgebase solution can have its own unique and custom friendly URL. An admin can even elect to remove the page name from the URL for total control over generated URLs.
Step 1:
Navigate to Manage > Administrator > SEO
Step 2:
Select ON/OFF to Include/Exclude Page Name in URL
