Refunding and canceling orders

Refunding and canceling orders

To refund order: 

  1. From Manage, go to Sales > Orders
  2. Search order by Order number
  3. Go to Details > Order section
  4. Click Refund

To cancel order: 

  1. From Manage, go to Sales > Orders
  2. Search order by Order number
  3. Go to Details > Order section
  4. Click Change Status and select Cancelled
