Display stock availability of a product in catalog. Options include to show real time availability including in stock quantity, to disregard the actual in stock quantity and always show In Stock/Out Of Stock, or to hide the availability altogether.
To display stock availability of a product in catalog:
- Create a new product or Edit an existing one
- Click Yes on Show stock availability.
- Click Yes on Show stock quantity if you want to show the actual quantity of product in stock
- Select an option from Stock Availability
- Calculated: Displays "In Stock" or "Out of Stock" based on the real-time inventory
- In Stock: Always shows "In Stock" regardless of the actual inventory
- Out of Stock: Always shows "Out of Stock" regardless of the actual inventory
To hide stock availability of a product in catalog:
- Create a new product or Edit an existing one
- Click No on Show stock availability. Click Update
