To Create a custom tokens:
- Navigate to the page with Live Tokens module
- Click on Custom > New Custom Token button
- Select Namespace, Name and Description
- Specify Cache and Cache Type
- Select Database/String Constant
- Click on Configure Source and Click Update

Specify Connection String, Query, and Columns. Make sure to specify column one per line.
