Use this option to bulk update existing users. Upload your CSV file and map the columns you want to update – existing users are matched based on their username.

Begin by clicking on Import

Set Import Type > User Accounts
Set Import Action > Update Users
Click on the “Upload File” and browse for your CSV File.
Step 2
Map your CSV columns to appropriate User Accounts column. A username is required to update users.
After matching a user based on username, all other mapped columns are used to update its data. For example, if you have Firstname, Lastname, and Display Name mapped then the users’ data will be updated with corresponding fields from CSV File.
