To create module instance specific settings:

1. Go to Manage > Visualizers > click on edit icon of your visualizer
2. Go to Settings > Click New Settings Structure button
3. Specify Structure Name
4. Design your Form and click Update
5. Navigate to your Visualizer > Click on gear icon to edit the Settings and fill the form

To use module instance specific settings in template:

1. Navigate to Visualizers > click on edit icon of your visualizer
2. Go to Editors > Templates tab > Edit Master template by clicking on the edit icon
3. Add fields by intellisense in your template
4. Use ctrl-space for structures and settings and shift-space for structure fields
5. Click Update
