Remove custom theme from style switcher

Remove the Customize theme with included Style Switcher

Suppose your theme name is "Custom" then you would have to manually delete the following files.

\Portals\_default\Skins\Tucson\

Custom.ascx
Custom.doctype
Custom.theme.css
Custom.xml
Custom.js
Custom.jpg
