You can quickly setup Live Blog module to allow your site users to post on your blog.
  • Login as Administrator or Superuser. From the Live Blog action menu, click on Settings and scroll down to Permissions.
  • Simply check the security roles for which you would like to grant Authors access

    It will grant the access to user to post on the blog 

  • Simply check the security roles for which you would like to grant Remote Access 

    To post on the blog Remotely author should have remote access and author of the blog
