Live Forms Installation is same as any other standard DNN module Install.

Refer to release notes for any specific instructions if you're upgrading from a previous version.
Step 1
Unzip module package (LiveForms_Version_Extract Me.zip).
Step 2
Install Live Forms_version_DNN_Version_Install.zip module from Install Files folder.
