Integrate With Live Helpdesk

Integrate with Live Helpdesk to create a new ticket based on an existing question

Step 1

Navigate to Manage > Administrator > Knowledgebase > Enable Integration/Helpdesk and select Live Helpdesk page/module in Page/Module dropdown
