Integration with Live Knowledgebase

Integrate with Live Knowledgebase to create a new article based on an existing question

Step 1

Navigate to Manage > Administrator > Knowledgebase > Enable Integration/Knowledgebase and select Live Knowledgebase page/module in Page/Module dropdown
