To add a new country and region:

1. From Manage, go to Store > Countries
2. From the Countries page, click New Country
3. Type in country Name, Two Letter ISO Code, Three Letter ISO Code and Numeric ISO Code
4. Click Yes for Allow Billing if you want to allow billing for this country
5. Click Yes for Allow Shipping if you want to allow shipping for this country
6. Click Yes for Subject To VAT if you want to apply VAT
7. From the Regions section, click Add Region
8. Type in region Name and Abbreviation
9. Click Yes for Allow Billing if you want to allow billing for this country
10. Click Yes for Allow Shipping if you want to allow shipping for this country
11. Click Yes for Subject To VAT if you want to apply VAT
12. Click Add
