To specify countries and regions you ship or bill to:

1. From Manage, go to Store > Countries
2. Find the country you want to ship and bill using Search.
3. To allow Billing or Shipping for the country, check required column
4. Click Pencil Edit Icon
5. From the regions section, find the region you want to ship and bill using Search.
6. To allow Billing or Shipping for the region, check required column
