Link to URL

Link directly to given URL.

Individual tabs can be linked to either an External URL or to A Page on Your Site.

From Manage > Edit Pane > Settings > Basic

Specify the URL or page from the Pane Link option.

Note: This option is not available for a pane that is set as default pane.
