- From Manage, go to Store > Settings
- From the Catalog > Catalog View section, select Include tax or Exclude tax from Display Product Price option
- Click Update
Tax Based on Billing, Shipping, or Store Address
From Store > Settings > Tax, an admin can specify whether tax is calculated based on Billing, Shipping, or Store Address
If tax is calculated on Billing or Shipping address then catalog can "Use Store Address to Estimate Tax" until billing or shipping address is captured
