“Publish Content” & “Lock Content” options appear when an appropriate workflow is applied.

Publish Content
Review Work: Central Review Location
Provides a central location to review work across all Mandeeps module.
The reviewer can filter on many parameters:
Content Type :such as HTML, Articles, Panes, Blog Posts, or Articles.
Workflows : Reviewer can look at all content awaiting review from a particular workflow only.
State :Reviewer can look at all content awaiting review from a particular state only.
Inline Review
Reviewer can quickly review the content by approving or rejecting it. Both approval and rejection requires the reviewer to provide comments for next or previous state. If the content is approved, it’s advanced to the next state until it’s published. If it’s rejected, it goes back to the previous state.
By default content is automatically saved as a Draft so the content editor can review it and continue to make changes. Content Editor must check Publish Content to advance the workflow to next state.
Lock Content
By default, content is automatically locked when publish content is checked. This ensures that no other user can edit the content while it’s awaiting review. Administrators reserve the right to override the lock.
