Allows an author to manage content and then have it reviewed by other users before it is published.
Allows content editors to save the content in a draft state or immediately publish it so it can be reviewed by content reviewers (by default the Administrator). Unlimited states and reviewers can be added to a workflow.
Refer to Create New Workflow for more information. Content is published after it’s in the final state and its reviewer has approved the content.
If a previous version is available, it will be backed up for future rollback or comparison.
