From the Workflow dropdown, select

Specify a title and description for the new workflow. Select an appropriate Workflow Scope (from the following options):

Host: Global

Workflow is available to all Mandeeps modules in all portals within this DNN Install.

Portal: All Workflow Modules

Workflow is available to all Mandeeps modules in this portal only.

Portal: Live Articles Modules Only

Workflow is available to all Live Articles modules in this portal only.

Module: This Live Articles Module Only

Workflow is available to this Live Articles module only.
