When Enabled, "New Issue" button will allows users to create new issues. An administrator can optionally hide fields that are not required and similarly require fields that are essentials.

It's possible to have the "New Issue" button redirect to your custom URL. Simply disable the Form Channel and provide the URL as Alternate Form URL
